By accessing and using Anonimigo software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software or services.

2. License Usage

Anonimigo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software in accordance with your subscription plan.

3. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer the software

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions:

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of initial purchase
• To be eligible, usage must not exceed 10 processed videos
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
• This policy does not apply to license renewals

After 14 days, all fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Repeated refund requests may result in account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Anonimigo software, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Anonimigo and its licensors.
